Send a mail to care@shipyaari.com mentioning the case along with 

1) Photo of damaged product.

2) Soft copy of AWB.

3) Photo of outer package.

4) Soft copy of Invoice.

5) Scan copy of signed Manifest.


And Furthermore inform your consignee if shipment is not in intact condition or outer package is not well please mention on the copy of POD at the time of delivery,If nothing is mentioned in POD claim will be rejected by courier companies.


When submitted with the above details, investigation shall be initiated. It may take up to 15 days to investigate claim.

Settlement procedure is subject to insurance companies policy
